HAPPY EPIPHANY!

Hey everyone,

Today, January 6th, 2025, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate Three Kings Day, also known as Epiphany. This special day marks the visit of the Magi to the baby Jesus, bringing gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Even though I’m not a religious person, I was raised with these beliefs and cherish them as positive memories of my childhood. Being Puerto Rican, we celebrate with delicious Lechon and Arroz con Gandules, Pasteles and delicious desserts.

Three Kings Day is a time for joy, reflection, and togetherness. It’s a wonderful opportunity to gather with loved ones, share delicious food, and create lasting memories.

Whether you’re enjoying these traditional dishes or simply spending time with family and friends, I hope this day brings you happiness and warmth.
